It’s been awhile since I last went to Waterfront. The last time was with KiKi & Jaron, a night stroll.

I’ve been there today, it was a spur of the moment decision. grabbed a drink from 7-eleven and leisurely walked along the riverbank under the shade of the overlooking trees.

Surprisingly, it was very relaxing, with the breeze blowing upon my face. Usually, I would hate walking on my own, the loneliness would engulf me, making me emo and tensed. Today was just nice. =)

Sat cross-legged at the lookout point extended above the river. Nice view. The flowing river and Mount Serapi in the distance was a soothing sight despite the yellowish river with an occasional floating garbage passing by…hahaha….

I even managed to read the 20 page reading material that I need to present with my group, its easier to understand the whole thing when reading it here. Maybe its due to the peaceful morning, less people walking around. Most of the passerby are tourist or middle/older aged people. Those that usually hang out here are no where to be found.

Watching people/life go by is a hobby of mine. I like to observe and watch what others are doing. Seeing elderly people relaxing and talking to each other. Happy tourists/family taking photos of each other. Life is slow over here, sometimes its a good thing, sometimes its not. If you get what I mean.

Shopping Madness

Happened when I just clocked in for work at noon.

Saw a mother with her daughter looking at the display at our shop when I just finished changing into my uniform.

Not long after that, both of them came in, the daughter was still a little kid.

The following happened:

*translated to English
Cynthia(my colleague): Eh, there's a little boy outside our shop. He's been walking back and forth a few times. He looks like he's lost.

*Sze and I looked at the boy*

yeap..he's lost...crying...anxious and worried look...

I went out and called after him...

Me: didi(little boy), are you looking for your mother?

*little boy still crying, nods his head and frantically looking around*

Me: Come, I'll help you look for your mother.

*brought him nearer to the window display and asked him whether the woman with her daughter inside the shop is her mother, little boy shakes his head*

Me: Come, I'll bring you to the customer service counter to help you locate your mother.

*little boy holding tight to his bag of discs and followed me while I keep my hand on his shoulder and back, crying and looking around with the lost expression*

When we were near the escalator, someone called out to us, little boy recognized the voice and turned around. Saw his mother and immediately ran towards her.

Turns out, the mother in the shop was his mother, just that when he panicked, he lost the ability to judge or see clearly.

Since I worked here last month, I've heard numerous announcement looking for lost child or lost child looking for parents. In fact, there's another announcement looking for someone just now.

Its really irresponsible of them to shop until they forgot their children. Young kids really do lack the ability to recognize the surroundings and lack the ability to really take care of themselves.

What if, I'm someone with bad intention, just using the excuse of helping that kid look for his mother, where would that kid end up now?

Skip the post on Sunway for awhile…

Seen this box awhile ago when my mum bought apple pies from Gingerbread House.

I like it…environmental friendly with coupons/vouchers on it.

hehehe…dun complain bout the pic…lazy to do further setup and edits…flashed from up, bounced by ceiling and the cards…

Got the box above from Ferns at tHe Spring’s food court…

Ordered Beef Burger Value Meal (RM7) for dinner, inclusive of fries and drink. Not bad de price, chicken rice alone already cost RM4.80, Beef Noodle cost RM5.50. Meals are expensive when you add them up. Half of my salary is spent on food =_=”…how to save money…

ok la…hope to see more ppl using this kind of box instead of the typical polystyrene box. At least this box is bio-degradable, although I personally think the ink will still do damage…

They should also produce paper bags to replace plastic bags eh….

One World Hotel

Hehehe…wanted to do a review on the hotels I stayed in during Chinese New Year…but I kept on forgetting or feel lazy…

so here goes……

One World Hotel is located right beside One Utama which is in the heart of Petaling Jaya(is PJ still in Kuala Lumpur? or count as Selangor? hahahaha....I'm East Malaysian...I'm unclear of West Malaysia as much as they're unclear of us.).

A few nearby places to go( places as in shopping) includes IKEA, The Curve and another which I forgot the name.

The shopping environment at One Utama isn’t to my liking, kinda messy for my taste but overall, can find quite a number of brands there.

The hotel was great, one of the better ones that I’ve stayed in.

The hotel was kinda empty when we arrived for check-in despite being the the festive season. Maybe its the price, RM300+ per night for a normal room, kinda pricey.

The staff was friendly, which is important, receptionist was helpful and cheerful.

We arrived early and they allowed us to to check-in earlier than the standard check-in time but the non-smoking room we requested for was not yet available at that time so they allocated a smoking room for us and told us we could change if the smell is uncomfortable(which we did changed, bellboy did all the work moving things around).

Now, to the room….too much word already XD

Soft and fluffy beds. They even provide two extra pillow in their wardrobe!

Items from their wardrobe, they provide the basic amenities such as safe box, iron, hair dryer, bath robe and what-do-you-call-those? slippers?

Their hair dryer even have the option of healthy or normal for you to choose from, its a button which you can change. Healthy hair dryer….the healthy one just feel cooler compared to the normal setting, not bad also.

They also provide a well stocked mini bar and other snacks and coffee and tea. Do you see something different from the snacks that are provided here compared to some other hotels?

Another thing to note, their rooms are kinda computerised. Like this:

The tv actually serves as a screen for their system, they have in-house music and movies apart from the free channels which you can buy using the remote or keyboard they provide, quite a list available. Room service and other services are also accessed through that console using the remote or keyboard. Internet provided by a fee, forgot how much, around RM20+ for 24 hours.

Moving on to their bathroom…

I like their shower space. The water pressure was strong plus the shower head was above, nice nice!

They even provide another shower head at a lower level in case you wanna use a movable type.

The shower gels, shampoo and conditioner they provided smelt nice, I like the smell, a little bit like chocolate. Sweet and nice.

Aha! Something useful for the ladies. Concave mirror that magnifies. Helps you look at your face better while applying makeup or do other stuffs.

Their toilet, look and interpret for yourself. XD

Didn’t use their bathtub, I don’t really like bathtubs. Watch too much horror films.

I didn’t dine in their hotel’s restaurant during my stay there cause there are other food outlets available in One Utama.

Ya…almost forgot, their lift is controlled by the room key card, privacy control.

Overall, the hotel is on the pricey side for me but staying in one that’s comfortable once in a while is fun. Nothing much for me to complain.

Juggling Time

I’ve started working as a part-timer since last week and my classes just started this week.

Doing both at the same time, with only some free time left.

Was given a ‘job’ from SJA.

In conclusion, fitting three time consuming matters into my daily life.

Work for the money and experience. Plus, there’s too much free time if I don’t work.

Apart from that, I’m also trying to see how much stress I can handle and a few other reasons :p

Hehehehe…I’ve neglected my blog for quite some time…keep on saying I’ll do an update on something but I never did do it.

Its been two days since you left……

Your last journey was yesterday……

Sorry that I did not accompany you on your last journey……

I’ve been busy making myself busy…….

Deep down inside….it’s the fear and disbelieve that prevented me from going……

I was afraid of seeing you one last time…..

I felt like crying ever since han told me the news and I couldn’t stop looking at your profile…but the feeling just never fully sunk in……until now….making myself busy did help…..going out and stuff….when I’m free like now….the feeling is hard to wave away….

Seeing and hearing ppl that you know leave us every year…..is really sad….the older you get….the more ppl you know leave you?

What’s gone is gone….

Your smile and cheerful personality will always be remembered…it is the strongest memory that I have of you…

May you rest in peace………..

To everyone out there….

Life still have to go on…he will forever live in our memories…we have to accept it and move on…wipe our tears and let our smiles represent his smiles =)

Been away for quite some time…

The main reason I don’t write as much is cause of laziness and the lack of enthusiasm. Not much interesting thing to write about i guess? Or most of the stuff I’ve been thru are mostly private.

Yeap…people…was so unlucky to be seated in front of a bunch of childish 30-ish people. The plane is not owned by you. We can hear you even if you lower down your voice, what to say speaking at such a loud tone. Won’t even listen to advice of lowering your voice. Everyone on the plane can hear you. ATTENTION SEEKING BASTARDS. Can’t even sit still. Keep on moving. Keep on kicking my seat. KEEP ON FLIRTING WITH THE AIR STEWADESS and the air stewardess even accepted his flirt? WTF Show some professionalism la. You’re working. =_=” WTF GUY and some other stuff which was annoying and WTF. Really WTF!

And…the perception of Sarawak in the eyes of West Malaysians. (This again? haiz…i know i know…its funny at first but it gets annoying as time goes on) in short…We are not that under-developed. Ignorance…but are they really that dumb? Part of me thinks that they just think its funny…they wanna make fun of us East Malaysians? So called One Malaysia…when they don’t even know or respect the other half of Malaysians? I believe people from Sabah and Labuan share the same fate as us.

Contemplating

Time passes real fast...

I'm almost at the end of my summer semester...

I've not learnt much or done much for the current subject...

Maybe it's caused by my ego...its an IT class...

I go to class everyday and on the com to log in to Facebook and do some surfing...

all the way till class ends...

I feel pity for the lecturer as most or should I say everyone is doing the same...doing their own stuff...at least i saw some that still did their tutorials or listened while doing their own stuff...

The subject length is short...3 weeks....try cramping 4 months into 3 weeks...

It should have been very busy...it actually is...

four hours of class everyday...

one new lecture every day...

3 presentations and 1 assignment due next week...

it was 3 presentations but the lecturer decided to merge 2 into 1...so...we're left with 2 presentations...

OK...back to contemplating....

Its 2010 now...

I'm getting older...turning 20 this year...

Saw lots of post regarding recaps of 2009...

My 2009...was nothing of glory...I don't think I'll remember much of 2009 when I'm old....except those few memories...

yea...who or what do we actually live for...

The process of finding my way...my meaning to life...is still going on...without progress...that's what I feel...

Wealth...I get it...its not always about money...its how you perceive it...

but the older you get, the more you see wealth as money...until you get to the old age when you don't see money as wealth that much anymore...

Why is it so? I assume it to be burdens and obligations...the different stages of life...

You need more money as you grow...

I'm worried bout that...bout I might not be able to earn enough to support anyone...wasting all these years in sch, college, uni...

Who doesn't want to be rich?

To be able to support your current family and your future family...

To be honest, I envy westerners. Some part of it...their individualism...their perceptions...

But I do prefer the Asian way...

We're living in a fast paced world...

Busy...I'm always busy...or so it seems...I feel busy...but sometimes, I don't know what I'm busy doing...

Tired...I wanna go slow....walk at a slower pace...I've missed out a lot while I'm running...

Its been a long time since I walked slowly...I mean physically and mentally...

Lately its been driving here and there in a rush....meeting time constraints...trying to fit something into a tight time slot...

Maybe that's the cause of my laziness and not concentrating in class...hahahaha

yeap...I wanna slow down...as long as it doesn't cost me something serious...opportunity cost...its always there...

Finally...finished my 1st semester for degree...
it feels so damn long...
didn't do well...
this semester kinda sucks...
so many problems...
every paper i took for the exam feels like shit...
i could have done better...but nope...i wasted it...
apa hal la ni...buang masa je...harap jangan buang duit...

ok...over with that...
holidays from now on...
3 months...
sounds long eh?
i also thought so...
but not really so...
4-8 December got a camp...
need to paint and re-decorate my room and make a working space for myself...
should take about a week of labor...

Wanna find a job...
but at most can only work till 12 or 13 February 2010...
going away for the CNY....if no change of plans...
back on 19th February...
might pick up our plan to visit Sarawak from bottom to top...if possible...hop into Brunei...
this plan has been delayed numerous time due to several complications...
and that's it...holiday finish...
class starts on 1st March 2010 (if not mistaken)

Hehehe...my blog has been dead for so long...
how should i revive it?

Busy weekend

Been away from home since friday night...
just got back at 10 something just now...

Packed my stuff and stayed over at hua jung's and the others...

Drinking night on friday.

BBQ night on saturday.

Bau trip on sunday.

start from the end, shall we?

The Bau trip was ok...
finally went to the top of Fairy Cave, or sort of like the top...
saw a few mountain climbing dudes going further up with their equipments and absailing down the cave...
my fear of heights is still strong...but at least i did went through the whole thing...it was nice...
went to Kelvin's aunt's place for lunch...
the soup was nice...pork heart with herbs...the taste and smell of the heart is slighly stronger than the liver and stuff...but its still nice...hahahaha
after that, went to Tasik Biru(Blue Lake)...its still the same...took some photos and went to the temple nearby...rained not long after that...
In the end, we went to the ABC stall near jubillee ground...
Ah Yeo not open on sundays so we ate at another stall...
Hehehe...we kept on talking bout the funny things that happened recently and during the ride down to the stall which they happen to kinda raced...or should i say overtake competition...
the daughter of the stall even laughed at what we said but she tried to cover up her laugh...XD

BBQ...hmmm...not much ppl...as most are busy...
woke up damn drunk...but woke up earlier than those that aren't drunk...
busy from morning till midnight...
need to connect to friday...

Ok...friday...
Drinking night...
was an unexpected decision...
went along with it...XD...i'm not complaining...
Core was quite empty...3 tables including us...
drank too much that night...
ended up extremely drunk...
i was doing the things that drunk ppl always do on tv...
talking crap...
high...
blur...
tipsy...
nausea...
they even had to help me take all my things into the house...
i thrown up four times that night...
hugged the toilet bowl and asked them to let me sleep with the toilet bowl...=_="
lacerated my calf...near the knee...
forgot where...
but after some thinking and discussions...
they concluded that i got it when i rushed into the toilet to vomit...
slipped and knock myself against the piping under the sink...
that's why the pipe is leaking...

hmmm...
second week of degree...
eveything seems ok...
the only class i fell asleep in was accounting...
i wanted to blame the too comfy chairs but i have no such problems in other class...
why?...hmmm....

I'm liking the Ah Yeo ABC stall at jubilee ground more and more...hahaha
the tauke si beh friendly and funny...
so many kinds of drink...
i know what i'm going to order the next time i go...

tuesday is kinda hard to bear with...
4 hours of break in between cause me, crystal, ivanna and sing jin dun have tutorial like the others...
crystal and i ate early lunch with sing jin and his friend and later we walked to spring while sing jin and his friend went back home...

there's really nothing to do there...
hang around MPH for nearly one hour before the rest arrive for lunch...
the funiest part was crystal looking through a book titled: 100,000 names for baby (if not mistaken)
told her i wanted a english name so its easiere for ppl to remember...
and we ran through the list in the books and ended up lauging the whole time...
luckily not much ppl around except the staffs...

got two tutorial classes tomorrow...
2 hours break in between...
going over to spring again..hahahaha
MBO...2nd floor preview and can apply the card...
not sure whether they start showing movies tomorrow or not....

End of Week 1

Yeap...went through my 1st week in degree...
what do i feel?
not much difference from foundation actually...
maybe its still too early...
all my classes are held in the lecture theatre...
hehehehe...very comfortable...even more than the seats provided by the only two cinemas available in town(currently, new one opening soon, YAY!)...
the seats are so soft, didn't even cause butt aches after long hours of sitting, not like those seats provided in the cinemas...
and.........
due to the so comfortable seats...
i fell asleep in class a few times...ALREADY!...hahaha
its just the 1st week...
hope its just the effect of the holiday...tired and lazy...
get over it soon...

Studying in uni really is expensive...
you have the expensive tuition fees and etc fees...
now...lets add in the tools/equipments/tech and books that you need...

finished registering all my tutorial classes...
half is the class i wanted initially...
half is the class i got sacrificially cause i couldn't get the one i want...
but its not bad...hahahahaha

no class tomorrow...tutorial classes only start next week...

Ah...
Its quite a new experience for me...
at least the part where everyone is aiming for the front row seat...
and everyone rushing forward during the tutorial registration like there's no tomorrow....
hahaha...its not that bad...apart from the hot weather....

Luckily...it rained tonight...WUHUUU!

Forgot to complain bout the student admin...
I know its stressful for you guys cause everyone started the class on the same day...
u got ur job to do...
but at least speak to the students politely mah...
not yell or criticize or speak sarcastically mah...
so rude...
why cant you guys be more like the student info ppl...
i'm not saying all the student admin ppl, just some...
the student info ppl are also having a hell of a time but they still can talk to us politely and even smile to us and answer whatever questions we have...

1st day in degree

Finally!
My new semester started.
My 1st day of my 1st semester for my 1st year in degree
Wuhooo....three 1st for the day...

Class doesn't start until 11.30am, but, I'm on campus already, at the library.
Why so early?
Cause i lazy to drive, not sure how terrible the traffic on campus is going to get, don't wanna be stuck in one.
Plus there's the new students that are coming in, everyone starting class on the same day, its gonna be real packed.

What i think

Its 2.30am, I’m extremely tired, didn’t get any decent sleep since 14 due to several different reasons. Currently unable to sleep despite my tiredness. Thoughts, images, words, feelings, guilt, sadness haunting me, it just gets clearer when I try to sleep.

I’m breaking down. You may say, what right do I have to say this since I’m the cause of all this and not the victim. Feelings are forever the hardest to control and understand. I now wish I never had one. I couldn’t control my tears, it would come up at the slightest stimuli and again, what right do I have to cry.

I’ve come up to a conclusion which I think and feel is the best.

Call me irresponsible, bad, evil, bastard, anything you can think of. Its true. You and you don’t deserve this kind of treatment, you and you deserve better. You and you should never had known me. I didn’t mean to cause you and you all this.

Can someone just stab me and be done with it. Feelings should never have been given to me as I always end up hurting someone.

I wanna explain and express what I think in the following:

The trip to Vietnam really did bring about many 1st times for me and let me experienced what I couldn’t feel before which makes me realised what I really want.

I really am very thankful to my hosts during the trip and my meaning of hosts is everyone that I met, knew and spent time with.

This is a very different trip, its not about sightseeing, its more to hospitality of my hosts, warmth, feelings and seeing what I lack and wanted.

The most important part and memorable part is that I felt the warmth of family during this trip. As some of you know, I’m not good at communicating with my family and sad to say, sometimes are not on good terms with my family. Its not that we don’t love each other, we love each other, its just that we are all poor at communicating, its very sad. The warmth and feel of family with my hosts is something I’ve always wanted in my own family, they treated us like their own and I might even say better than their own. I’m envious. Everyone I met showed me their sincerity and care which really touched my heart.

I wish I could have the same thing, I’m trying to change my attitude and ways of seeing things and try to mend my relationship with my family. I want that kind of family. I know its not gonna be easy. I’ve been away for more than a week and when I reached KCH, haven’t even sat in the car for one minute and my dad and I started arguing, its sad, I didn’t want this to happen. I’ll try my best to mend it.

I didn’t realised it until Kelvin told me that he saw the real me during the trip. How many of you had saw the real me before? Its not always that I get a chance like this.

All this really did melt my heart and provide comfort to me and taught me what I need to do. That’s why the trip meant a lot to me. 9 days has showed and taught me a lot. Its just that, I never expected things to turn out this way.

When I was in KL last night, I was so reluctant to come back here knowing the troubles that I’ve caused, I feel like going to some place where no one would know and find me, just plain irresponsible.

Hearts that are broken are hard to mend.

Bonds that are broken are also hard to mend.

Friends that I’ve lost, I dunno what more to say.

I’m deeply, sincerely sorry. I know its useless saying sorry. I don’t know what else to say.

I am sorry for the disappointments.

I am sorry for the irresponsibility.

I am sorry for the pains I caused.

I am sorry, its all my fault.

One day trip to Permai yesterday...

Finished my presentation this morning and taken my exam this afternoon...
fuuuuuuu....finally...a bit of breathing space before handing up my last assignment and finals...

Things seems to be flowing smoothly today eh...
QUITE smoothly but not that smooth...

not much problem with the presentation...
same old nervous...but not that bad...
took lots of photos...waiting for them to tag me in facebook...
can't really do anything with the stupid line I have...

exam...din study due to assignment due dates and presentation...
and last min studying in the library was not helpful at all...
the exam was considered easy...

Why is it so hard to understand someone and to be understood?
Why is everything so complicated or so it seems.

I still believe everything happen for a reason, but
it still can't make me feel good.

Doing things which you don't really like-happens to lots of ppl and they accepted it as it is.
Is it that hard to accept?

I still don't know what I aim for in life.
I realize something recently.
I tend to think far into the future.
Like now when I'm still in school, I will think of what options should i take to finish my course, after finishing my course, work to pay off my debts(if any) and help pay for sis's education fee, save money for my life, save money for my marriage, for my kids.

All those, which is the part that I want and will enjoy doing? Which part of it will even be realized?
I wanna stop thinking and planning so far into the future but I can't seem to do so.
Planning the above things are not considered a goal for me, I don't want my goal to be just earning money and saving money, sounds so dreadful, boring, full of burden, etc(all that are not good)

KL Trip

Went on an unexpected KL trip with a friend of mine from 4th March to 8th March.

He went there for the Furniture fair so i tagged along as i have nothing to do during my holidays.

With just less than 2 weeks of planning and bookings, it was kinda rush and last minute but all was well…hehehehe.

Got my ass wet while playing the Bumper Boat..=_=”

Manage to meet up with Jac, Kiam and Thom during my stay there…hehehehe…my main purpose for the trip…it was nice…

Wakasa 2009

One week after coming back from KL, went to Wakasa 2009 as a trainer. Competition is in a few days time.

Training only really commenced during the last two days for some teams, but, at least there’s improvement on the attitude, good one, keep it up.

Reached Singapore at 5.45pm.

Checked into Furama City Centre, a hotel we stayed in before.

They even told us they upgraded our room from superior to deluxe, not bad ho? hehehehehe

Its a very sexy type of bathroom. Very suitable for couples, you know what i mean, hehehehehehehe.

But not really suitable for families, especially the not so open minded type, which means me also, it just feels really awkward to bath in there when living with family.

People’s Park Hawker Centre (Dunno the name of the place so i assume its this since its a hawker centre at People’s Park)

No pics taken, it was hot and crowded, walked around the place to find a seating place and end up seating with strangers.

I don’t mind, its like how we eat in Kuching just minus the crowd and sharing of table, what i ate was just so so, so skip it.

Walked to China Town afterwards and it was also crowded, its kinda like during Kuching Fest but with at least 10x more people, nothing much to see, just the usual-decors, food, etc.

Can feel that the CNY mood is a bit down, maybe due to the recession but its still full of the festive atmosphere. =)

It was so hot in there cause of the crowd and I sweat easily and profusely when I start sweating.

I look like I’m bathing…ok…not that cham la…but side burn and fringe? got wet liao…Yaya…I know…its disgusting…

Sweat easily is really a disadvantage, even if I’m a girl, when i look for a boy, if he’s always in sweat, yucks nia….suan le…

Went to a new shopping mall that’s just a few streets down from the hotel I’m staying in.

The Central if I’m not mistaken.

Lots of restaurants and food outlets in there apart from the normal apparel shops, there’s a food section on every floor and seems like the food sold on each floor is according to type of food such as this floor mostly sell Japanese food.

I think The Central is by Boat Quay, just opposite Clarke Quay.

Took a few photos to merge it into a panoramic picture but only 2 photos can be merged together.

This is to the right of the above pic, its the extreme ride which involves sitting in a cage, got 2 kinds, one that’s like a bungee jump and the other is more like swinging you back and forth.

Want to try it but don’t really dare to do so, if with friends, I may still consider it.

It's a rainy morning,

A weather perfect for sleeping,

Makes you wanna stay in bed,

But, life doesn't allow this to happen often.

Maybe yes to some people.

Sometimes, life just doesn't seem fair.

The stupid morals that are taught at school,

What's the meaning of learning it?

They just tell you a whole bunch of different morals,

Morals that differ according to people, religion, culture and so on.

It's just so confusing.

What is right and what is wrong.

Saw an old man near my shop a few days ago,

Long time since I last saw him,

My dad used to ask him to pay bills and buy lottery tickets and giving him some money in return,

I guess that's what he does for a living.

The condition when I saw him,

Wasn't a pleasant one,

People around that area,

Keep on booing him,

Teasing him,

Making fun of him,

What can the old man do?

Nothing…

He just kept on cursing while trying to get away from them.

It's like the whole street is booing him,

What has he done to deserve that?

Is it something bad?

I do not know.

All these you growing up at a place like this,

I get to know that the people around this area,

When they are bored,

They just pick on someone like that to get their time over with.

I do not know.

But, looking at this situation,

所謂的曾經，就是幸福 ~ 很感人

中午，我站在學校大門口當交通導護，幫助一年級的小朋友放學。

卓新勇的母親，悄手悄腳提著一個便當在校門口。被我一喊，她露出不好意思的表情。

「老師啊！．．．」

「哎呀！我不是跟妳講了嗎？學校不喜歡家長替孩子送便當。

如果每個媽媽都像妳這樣，學校大門就擠滿了人，那樣，我們怎麼放學呢？」

「我知道！我知道！」哼！知道了還送，簡直是明知故犯。

「妳不會讓他自己帶便當嗎！」

「我知道！我知道！」這些話，不曉得說了幾次。

每次一到中午，送便當的家長和放學的一年級小朋友，常常相撞在一起，造成相當的困擾。

卓新勇是一位沈默寡言，乖巧內向的孩子。

有次上課，他竟然打瞌睡，我很訝異，把他叫起來。

「怎麼了？」他一臉迷惘站起來，不回答。

第二天上課，也是這樣，我實在受不了，狠狠地把他叫過來。

「你到底怎麼了？」

我已經氣得半死，口氣已經控制不住。

突然，他垂頭淌下淚水。我暗自一驚。

「說呀！到底為什麼上課要打瞌睡呢？」

我媽媽住院了！昨天一直在醫院陪她。」

我一聽愣住了，頓時，心中的怒氣消失了，代之而起的是無限慚愧，「她為什麼住院呢？」

「是肺癌！」我一聽，心都涼到腳底。

心中想到身體贏弱的卓新勇。

如果，不幸那天來臨，他將如何繼續往後漫長的歲月呢？

想到這兒，不禁鼻酸。吃飯時，妻子在餵兒子吃飯，

我不禁想起，以前卓新勇的母親偷偷摸摸替他送便當。

第二天下班後，我騎著機車到醫院探望他母親。

幾個禮拜沒見，卓新勇的母親瘦得不成人形，蒼白的臉，光禿的頭，簡直不敢相信就是她。

她看到我，顯得很驚訝，努力想站起來，但是，一咳嗽，整個人歪了一邊。

「不要站起來！不要站起來！」

「老師！謝﹍﹍謝謝你！」她吃力喊著，眼眶消出淚水。

在醫院的走廊，卓新勇的父親對我說：「只剩下兩個月了！嗚！我﹍真的不知要怎麼辦？」他老淚縱橫。

回到學校，報告校長。

「他爸爸已經六十多歲了，現在母親又將離開人間，是不是我們可以發動全校募款。不管多少，都可以幫助他。」校長爽快答應。

經過幾天募款活動，我們總算募到五萬二千一百二十元。

把錢送到醫院時，卓新勇的母親已經在昏迷中。

「我們準備今天送他回家！」卓新勇的父親，臉形憔悴得發白。我一聽，心頭抽搐一陣。

「老師！能不能幫個忙？」

「請說！我能夠做到的，我一定答應。」

「他前幾天，一直拉著卓新勇的手，喊著：媽媽不能再替你送便當了！我想，請老師再讓她送最後一次便當，只有送便當時，他才真正感受到一位為人母親的榮耀。」 聽到這兒，我百感交集地點點頭。

中午，一輛救護車呼拉拉開到學校大門口。

卓親勇的父親和一名醫護人員，推著擔架上的人。

我淚水盈眶，站在旁邊，伴當交通導護老師。

「到了！到了！」卓新勇的父親買了一個便當，躺在擔架上的卓新勇的母親，伸出瘦細蒼白的手提著便當，在旁邊人員推送下，慢慢靠近大門口的鐵門。

在鐵門的另一邊，卓新勇伸出右手，接過母親的便當。

「媽！」卓新勇嚎啕大哭。

這時，我清楚見到她母親瘦削的臉頰，抽搐了一下，彷彿想說話，但是，又說不出來。

「媽！我不要！我不要妳走！」卓新勇呼天搶地叫著。

我的淚水，再也控制不住，嘩嘩而落。我暗恨自己，以前是多麼殘忍！

隔天，卓新勇的母親就去世了。

卓新勇的母親出殯後。

一天，卓新勇的父親來到我辦公室，遞給我一包牛皮紙。

這筆錢彷彿生熱似的，直燙著我心坎。

我天天找卓新勇聊天話家常。深怕他經不起喪母的打擊。

我心頭一凜，「為什麼呢？」

她很虛弱，家裡都是爸爸在煮飯。只有中午爸爸不在，她才能偷偷背著爸爸煮飯。是她堅持要送便當的。」說完，卓新勇淌出淚水。

很感人吧！我看到一半就忍不住眼淚就掉下來了！

不然........將來後悔也就來不及了！
